Job Requirements:

• Cleaning Duties: Perform cleaning tasks in all guest areas, including rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
• Professional Service: Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and colleagues.
• Standard Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping departmental standards are followed diligently.
• Guest Requests: Respond timely to guests' special requests such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of necessary cleaning and room supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report any necessary maintenance items to the maintenance department for prompt resolution.
• Policy Adherence: Follow all departmental policies, procedures, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed, including assisting other departments during peak times.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve guest issues amicably.
