Patient Services Associate Position

We are currently seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to fill our Patient Services Associate position at a healthcare facility. Your primary role will be preparing trays for patient consumption and managing food delivery and retrieval. This is a temp-to-perm position with an opportunity for growth.

Assignment Details:

• Prepare trays with proper utensils and meal components for patient consumption.
• Deliver patient meals and nourishments to patients' floors in a timely and organized manner.
• Retrieve trays after meals and ensure that all items are cleaned and sanitized properly.
• Manage cash and charge transactions accurately, handling payments for various services or products.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements:

• Basic sorting skills are essential to keep the workflow organized.
• Childhood shot records must be provided and up to date.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
