Responsibilities • You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business • The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment that meet our customer's high standards • Establish quality standards for products that the company produces • Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards • Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes • Communication with the inventory team • Ability to read measuring tape, micrometer, calipers • Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced • Performing inspections at random to assess product quality • Remove products that do not meet production standards and recommend strategies to improve product quality • Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection/rework results with the production team |

Education and experience • Highschool Diploma or GED.
