Responsibilities:

• Handle, weigh, and mix raw materials to the final stage of preparing corrugated boxes for shipment.
• Work Monday through Friday, with potential for periodic overtime as needed.
• Inform Supervisor/Team Leader of any discrepancies found with product.
• May be assignable to any area of the facility where skill level experience is deemed most useful.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and meet or exceed production standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and execute actions based on verbal and visual instruction.
• Willingness to work in a wet and cool environment with temperatures not exceeding 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and be in motion for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to reach above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lift as required to handle/work with product throughout the workday.
• Proper use of personal protective equipment such as masks, hair nets, beard guards, steel-toed rubber boots, disposable gloves, and smocks is required.
