Quality Inspector Position

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet established quality standards. You'll work closely with production and other departments to monitor, test, and report on quality metrics.

Description:

• Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend quality expectations for products and supplies.
• Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods such as measuring dimensions, testing functionality, and comparing to specifications.
• Utilize automated systems to perform complex testing procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of testing, information, and various metrics, such as the number of defective products per day.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor the use of equipment, ensuring it is safe and well-maintained, and discard any that do not meet requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to the quality manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a relevant role.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
• Responsible and trustworthy personality.
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, etc.).
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
