Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up the welded tube mill.
• Ensure quality, production, scrap, safety, and maintenance.
• Adjust tooling and fixtures on machines.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or damage.
• Load/unload machines, prepare raw materials, and follow procedures.
• Report machine malfunctions or part defects to the supervisor.

Do You Have What It Takes?
Qualifications:

•     At least one year in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
•     Strong mechanical aptitude.
•     Proficiency in tooling changeover setup and cutoff operation.
•     Skilled in precision measuring and inspection equipment.
•     Good grasp of work instructions.
•     Basic computer and data entry skills.
•     Proficient manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
•     Ability to operate tow motor safely.
•     Ability to endure prolonged standing, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs).
