Job Title: SR. Surface Designer

Location: Cookeville, TN
Pay Rate: $50,000 - $75,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time - Salary Direct Hire
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary: As a Senior Surface Designer at our Cookeville, TN location, you will lead the development of graphic materials crucial to the creation of ceramic products. This role involves researching global trends in ceramic products, designing digital graphic arts with a focus on ceramics, ensuring high-quality and timely graphic development, and contributing to portfolio and marketing strategies. Please note that this position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 4 years of related experience
  Proficiency in Office and Adobe Package (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork, initiative, and innovation
  Knowledge of ceramic production
  Familiarity with Acrobat PDF, Autocad, and Sketchup
  High-resolution photography knowledge
• Experience in the development of special cuts and mosaics
  Background in Tile, Flooring, or Building Products is preferred
  100% ONSITE, WITH POSSIBLE TRAVEL, MUST RELOCATE
